Terms and Conditions
1. Cancellations of confirmed bookings will attract a AUD$25.00 (incl. GST) administration fee in addition to the Cancellation Fee of the Accommodation Provider which reads as follows; 85% of the total tariff will be refunded if cancelling more than 14 days prior to arrival date (less the $25 administration fee). 50% of the total tariff will be refunded if cancelling 7-14 days prior (less the $25 administration fee). Cancelling less than 7 days prior to arrival date NO REFUND.
2. For payments made via cheque or direct transfer your booking is not confirmed until funds are recieved.
3. Maximum occupancy 6 people per townhouse.
4. Cots, additional bedding and linen available at additional charge and by arrangement at least 7 days prior to arrival.
5. Dual undercover parking spaces are provided for your vehicles. No visitor parking permitted on site.
