Accessible Townhouse for Additional Needs
The Shores at McCrae provides an accessible townhouse which is single storey with double garage and large open plan living, dining, kitchen areas and 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a full disabled bathroom shower, toilet and vanity. It provides 1030mm wide hallway and 870mm wide doors. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have access to separate shower, bath and vanity with a separate toilet. There is also a rear north east facing deck with access via the dining room.
Terms and Conditions
1. Cancellations of confirmed bookings will attract a AUD$25.00 (incl. GST) administration fee in addition to the Cancellation Fee of the Accommodation Provider which reads as follows; 85% of the total tariff will be refunded if cancelling more than 14 days prior to arrival date (less the $25 administration fee). 50% of the total tariff will be refunded if cancelling 7-14 days prior (less the $25 administration fee). Cancelling less than 7 days prior to arrival date NO REFUND.
2. For payments made via cheque or direct transfer your booking is not confirmed until funds are recieved.
3. Maximum occupancy 6 people per townhouse.
4. Cots, additional bedding and linen available at additional charge and by arrangement at least 7 days prior to arrival.
5. Dual (3 Bedroom) and Single (2 Bedroom) undercover parking spaces are provided for your vehicles. No visitor parking permitted on site.
